Amber Young is a seasoned Earned Value consultant and AzTech superstar. With experience in planning, executing, analyzing baselines, transforming data, and assessing compliance for EIA 748 EVM Guidelines.

Amber brings the gift of shifting seamlessly between deep-diving analytics and leadership-level reporting on scheduling, program control, and earned value management. Her love for learning has allowed her to contribute to numerous projects and bring passion and a fresh insight to each.

When not working, Amber enjoys being in nature. Hiking, running, swimming, or camping are ways she is able to immerse herself in the natural world. Combining this with her work, Amber has been a part of multiple environmental projects, bringing her passions full circle.

  • Amber is proud to serve as the Dean of the 200 Track at CPM, helping to train and educate future project management professionals. She was also a pivotal figure in developing and incorporating DCMA Test Step metrics in ACE and helping the development team improve the software.
