Torretta Dantzler is a skilled Earned Value consultant. With experience in financial accounting, preparation of formal Cost Performance reports, maintaining system descriptions, executing, analyzing baselines, writing variance explanations, BCR implementation.

I’ve worked alongside some of aerospace industry’s finest PMs/CAMs/IPTLs and other business functions regarding Project management. I assist the team with program startup; planning, BOEs, baseline execution, EACs/LREs, change control, variance analysis, data analysis, forecasting and other program related functions as required.

I have worked supporting some of the most challenging red programs recover to a healthy state. Being the founder of Dantzle & Associates LLC and having the opportunity to work with the most amazing company AzTech International.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with family especially my grandchildren, long walks, swimming, traveling. Helping others who are less fortunate is a favorite of mine.
