Oscar ensures AzTech has the best tools and talent to help us grow. He is is always looking for ways to enhance the team’s work experience, improve performance, and streamline our systems.

Oscar and Luis Contreras started AzTech International with a dream of improving project performance. While Luis orchestrates our unique approach to client engagements and modernizing Earned Value, Oscar oversees our company culture to embody our core values of Service, Work Ethic, Loyalty, Innovation, and Fun. One thing he is most proud of is the team he has helped build over the years and how they continue to progress the AzTech vision.

As a California resident, Oscar takes advantage of the diverse climate to train for triathlons, Ironman races, and ultramarathons. Oscar also enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures.
