Q. Can more experienced team members test out of the Power Fundamentals program?
Q. What if I can’t send everyone from my program to training at the same time?

A. Power Fundamentals is designed to be program-agnostic and flexible across roles and experience levels. Teams do not need to attend as a single group, and participants from different programs can join the same session while still gaining the shared understanding needed to operate effectively within an EVMS. The mixed experience environment often strengthens discussion and helps reinforce key concepts across the team. Effective.
