The US National Defense Industrial Association, Integrated Program Management Division (NDIA IPMD) maintains and publishes the EIA-748 Intent Guide with revisions as a collaboration between Industry and Government representations. The Intent Guide includes a section for each of the Earned Value Management 32 Guidelines that describe Management Value, Intent, Typical Attributes, and Objective evidence.
