AzTech International University (AIU)

AzTech International University (AIU) is where project teams build a clear foundation in Earned Value Management. Our focus is on the essentials: explained simply, practiced interactively, and designed to stick. Whether you’re new to EV or need a structured refresher, AIU makes the fundamentals approachable and usable in real project work. With lessons that emphasize clarity and engagement, AIU helps teams gain the confidence they need to turn numbers into real performance insight.

Certification That Builds Confidence

AIU offers certification for participants who complete our training, helping organizations know their teams have a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Earned Value. Certification is more than a credential; it’s proof of clarity and capability.

Flexible Training Schedule

We know it’s not easy to step away from a program for an entire week. That’s why AIU schedules are adaptable. The delivery plan might look like a week-long session, but we can split the modules into shorter visits that work around real-world program demands.

Team Building

One of the benefits of stepping away for training is the opportunity to build stronger teams. When participants learn together, tackle the same scenarios, and solve problems side-by-side, they leave not only with new skills, but with stronger collaboration and alignment.

Elements of AIU

Let’s dive a bit deeper into how AIU can help your team.

Knowledge Evaluation

We only want to provide training that resonates. Understanding where your team is today and what’s required is key. By evaluating where your team is at with EV knowledge allows us to recommend which training programs fit your needs.

An Introduction to EV: A 101 Story of Two Projects

We provide an entry level, “Earned Value 101” overview to get your team familiar with what EV is even about. Great for onboarding those brand new to EVM – it provides a basic overview in a digestible format to lay the foundation for continued learning.

Power Fundamentals

A series of ten, approximately 90-minute modules (other than Baseline which is broken into three 1-hour sections, plus three 2-hour workshops) that dive into the fundamentals and explore the concepts of Earned Value in a fun and gamified approach to help the topics stick.

Workshops

More hands-on case study/scenario centered sessions to support your program teams. These go beyond the introductory lessons and dive deeper into more advanced program-based topics.

Mentor Moments & Tool Training

Short one-on-one or small group discussions to cover a specific topic. This allows for more focused and attention-driven learning for topics that need to be circled back on or discussed.
